The SAMS team met Sunday December 6 at St Andrews Lutheran Church, West Fargo at 2PM with 10 in attendance.
President Del opened the meeting by reading a recent letter from the mission in Nicaragua stating the wonderful work that Fred and Wanda Garcia are doing there. Wanda was a speaker in our Bible class time this morning telling of the needs.
Judy gave a Treasurers report outlining where our funds are going.
Our January trip was discussed trying to find out how many wanted to go to what location. Since alot of our team was absent we didn't get our committees filled. Here is a temporary list of committees. If you aren't on one, let Judy know which one you would like to work on.

Judy handed out registration sheets for everyone to fill out and "Tips for the Trip"
A web site is being developed at St Andrews church, Del will work on what Sams would like on the site.
St Andrews Lutheran Church is hosting the State LLL Convention February 13-14. The LWML has agreed to help with the food. Kirk and Sara will outline this.
Next meeting will be January 3,2010 at St Andrews Church at 2 PM, at which time all who are going on the trip need to pay Judy the $400.00 necessary.
